Samsung’s back at it, and this time they’re not just flexing features—they’re exposing Apple’s cracks from the inside. Their latest move? A teaser for a documentary called Former Genius, featuring interviews with ex-Apple employees who spill the tea on declining expertise within Apple Stores.

The sixty-second teaser shows a former Apple Genius (complete with uniform and ID badge) gearing up for an interview, teasing viewers with the tagline: “They thought they had the answers. Now they only have questions.”

Known for playful digs at Apple’s products, Samsung is taking things further by questioning Apple’s customer service game. The full documentary’s release date is still under wraps, but one thing’s clear—Samsung’s marketing team stays ready to pounce.
